NPE is dedicated to sustainability and actively engages in carbon offset initiatives. We are deeply committed to supporting local communities and conservation efforts. Our projects include building water treatment plants in the Amazon, supporting archaeological endeavors in Peru and Egypt, and backing ornithological research in Peru, Madagascar, and Ethiopia. Additionally, we are currently working on dietary supplement projects in Southern Peru to improve community health.

When you travel with New Paths Expeditions, you have included in your expedition package bonds equal to 2 tons of carbon emissions. Additionally, NPE uses 3% of its profits each year to purchase carbon bonds. If you would like to increase the amount of carbon you offset, or if you would like us to help you purchase additional carbon offset bonds, please contact us.
